Growing company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to support two VP's and the office. This is a hands on role for a small family business. The perfect candidate will take charge without having to be directed and will also take direction well. Minimum requirements include a stable employment history, experience creating PowerPoint presentations, strong Outlook experience, phone experience and experience overseeing office administration, maintenance and operations. In addition, candidates must have excellent communication skills and be very professional. Responsibilities will include Creating power point presentations, maintenance of outlook calendars, email blasts, phones, managing office operations, taking ownership of office and its appearance, greeting guests in a very welcoming and professional manner, and coordinating company functions.
