Job Description:
Recruiters interview, screen, evaluate, hire, and train employees. They select the "right" candidate for a particular employer's consideration and appraise an employee’s productivity and efficiency. They are responsible for employee relations, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. Recruiters meet with customers to define their staffing needs and make sure all their needs are met.
Skills/Requirements:
Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands. Previous staffing/recruiting experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
